Our Mindful Dining Program nourishes the mind, body and spirit.

Aria Senior Living accomplishes this through setting a pleasant dining ambiance, serving healthy menu items and most importantly having delicious tasting food.

Engaging Environment

Our residents are engaged in the dining experience and greatly assist in shaping the atmosphere. We want to prepare your favorite recipes as we share stories around the family-style dining table.

Mindful Menu

Our menu emphasises 10 brain-healthy food groups: green leafy vegetables, all other vegetables, nuts, berries, beans, whole grains, fish, poultry, olive oil and wine. Meanwhile avoiding foods from the five unhealthy groups: red meats, butter and stick margarine, cheeses, pastries and sweets, and fried or fast food.

Delicious Food

We take great pride in providing delicious foods to those we serve. Aria will engage each of your five basic tastes while surrounding you with the familiar aromas of homemade cooking. We invite you to come in and share a meal with us. I recommend our very tasty homemade pasta and red sauce!
